Our core service is establishing dedicated software development teams and support teams for our clients.

We call these Dedicated Client Teams

Teams are based in our development centres in Ukraine, in an infrastructure where clients have direct and full control of the employees. Ukraine is in a similar time-zone as Western-Europe which eases day-to-day communication and is also close enough to hold regular in person meetings.

We find, interview and employ the best candidates for each team while our clients control the costs - we simply invoice the employees salaries (as agreed by the client) plus our standard service fee. This means:
